Lullaby Dreams was created by Rafaela (Rafa) and Beatriz (Bia) with one heartfelt mission: to provide families with compassionate, reliable, and professional support during the most precious stage of life—the newborn months. Together, they bring over 15 years of combined childcare experience, blending expertise with empathy to help families feel reassured, rested, and confident in their parenting journey.

Both Rafa and Bia are certified Newborn Care Specialists, trained through Gentle Ventures (CACHE-accredited), and hold First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications from the American Red Cross. Their professional backgrounds are complemented by personal dedication: both began their childcare journeys in Brazil and carried their passion to the U.S., where they have supported countless families with newborns and young children.

Rafaela (Rafa) brings over eight years of childcare experience, with more than two years focused on overnight newborn care. Originally from Brazil, she began her journey as an au pair in the U.S., where she discovered her true calling: supporting families during the early days of parenthood.

Today, Rafa works as both a Newborn Care Specialist, trained through Gentle Ventures, and a Postpartum Doula, combining professional expertise with a calm, nurturing presence. She specializes in overnight newborn care, sleep conditioning, and gentle sleep training—helping parents not only get the rest they need, but also establish long-term healthy sleep habits for their baby.

She is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Red Cross, ensuring safety and peace of mind for the families she serves. Families describe Rafa as patient, reliable, and deeply committed to their well-being.

Beatriz (Bia) has over seven years of hands-on experience supporting newborns and families. Originally from Brazil, she has been dedicated to childcare since moving to the U.S., where she quickly became a trusted caregiver known for her professionalism and gentle care.

As a Newborn Care Specialist trained through Gentle Ventures, Bia offers expert guidance in overnight newborn care, sleep conditioning, and gentle sleep training. She is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Red Cross, ensuring that safety is always a top priority.

Bia is passionate about creating personalized care plans that adapt to each baby’s unique needs, helping parents feel reassured, supported, and confident. Families often describe her as attentive, patient, and compassionate, with a gift for bringing calm into the nighttime hours.
